Samsung has planned to bring up a new low-end device for its customers: Galaxy mini 2. The new gadget is similar in looks to the previous model i.e. Galaxy Mini S 5570. There are slight variations in the new model. It has a bigger screen and an 800 MHz processor.
The 110.4 x 60.8 x12.1 mm, Galaxy Mini 2, released in February, features 480×320 pixels, 3.3 inch screen. The device can have a 2G network or a 3G network. The display type of the new gadget is TFT capacitive touch screen with 256 K colors. The sound features of Galaxy Mini 2 include vibration, MP3, wav ring tones. The device possesses a loud speaker and a 3.5 mm jack. The storage capacity can be extended up to 32 GB. The internal storage is 160 MB with 384 MB RAM.
The phone features a 3.15 mega pixel 2048×1536 pixels camera and 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity too. These features are not present in its predecessor and are therefore advancements in the new model.
It has geo tagging and video quality of QVGA @15fps. The Galaxy mini 2 will host an Android gingerbread 2.3.4 or more as it is operating system.The phone has all latest features like Bluetooth facility which helps a person to connect the device to other devices, WiFi networking for connecting the device to internet.
